2.3. All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

2.4. In the event of order cancellation by Safira Collection, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within seven (7) working days.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.2. Orders are typically dispatched within two (2) working days. High-demand periods, unforeseen circumstances, or product availability may cause delays. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

4.3. Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email from our courier service. Safira Collection uses Post NL for most deliveries.

4.4. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer once the order leaves our warehouse. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4.5. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, particularly during holidays. Contact customer service if your order does not arrive as expected.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1. Customers may return items within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of odors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Complete the return process using our return form, available on safira-collection.com.

5.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to: Bramenberg 26c, 3755 BZ Eemnes, Netherlands.

5.3. Refunds are processed within ten (10) working days after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and customers will receive confirmation via email.

5.4. Customers must retain a return tracking number as proof of shipment. Safira Collection may request this information to process refunds.

TRADEMARKS

6.1. The trademarks, names, logos, and images displayed on safira-collection.com and associated platforms are the property of Safira Collection. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
