Return Policy

At Safira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If you return an item or order that included a free item or promotional goodie, the free item/goodie must also be returned in its original condition. If the free item is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
  • Physical in-store purchases may be exchanged but are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Please note that items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

How to return your order

1. Login to your personal portal

  • Visit our website and log in using the email address associated with your order.
  • Alternatively, you can click on the "View Your Order" link in the order confirmation email you received.

2. Request a Return

  • Once logged in, click on the "Request Order" button.
  • Follow the on-screen steps to submit your return request. This will include selecting the items you'd like to return and providing any necessary details.

3. Shipping label

  • After completing the return request, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label from us within two days via email.
  • Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return, including any original packaging, gifts and tags. 

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted automatically from your refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.
  • For returns from international locations, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any customs fees or import duties associated with the return.

Refunds & processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please return the item following the above steps and place a new order for the desired product. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.

Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@safira-collection.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange, and cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
